Desktop Support I
We are looking for a motivated candidate who helps users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers. This is a fully onsite role in Conyers, GA. If you fill the below requirements, please apply!
- Working knowledge of computer hardware components and hardware configurations.
- Proficient software experience.
- MacOS is a plus.

salary: $18 - 19 per hour
work hours: 8am to 6pm
education: High School
responsibilities:
- Configure workstations and upgrade existing equipment.
- Manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Re-image computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conduct remote problem solving as needed.
- Troubleshoot minor workstation LAN and connectivity issues.
