Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent - Reputable Developer - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the Lead Superintendent
- Effectively collaborating with the Project Management team
- Monitoring and tracking daily progress reports
- Coordinating activities with subcontractors
- Ensuring the project adheres to budgetary and scheduling constraints

My client is seeking a skilled Assistant Superintendent with significant experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to support project execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.The Assistant Superintendent will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration among team members and driving successful project outcomes.
The Assistant Superintendent - Reputable Developer - Charlotte should have the following:
- A minimum of 3 years of field experience (Assistant Superintendent/Field Engineer/Project Engineer, etc.) with a General Contractor or Developer
- Required background in multifamily projects
- A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred, but not essential
- Proficiency with relevant software tools
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
