Salesforce Business Analyst
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Analyzing business and user needs and preparing detailed business requirements, from which user stories will be written. Preparing status updates and communicating with stakeholders as needed.
Testing new and updated functionality to verify that desired results are achieved. The Salesforce Business Analyst will prepare requirements, solution, and supporting documentation (i.e., use cases, user stories, process flows, business rules, UI mock-ups) Provision elevated access Develop and maintain system-related documentation.
Communicate case status and progress to team members and stakeholders. Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst or a related role Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud experience (Case management, Escalations, Messaging, Omni-channels) Implementation of Salesforce experience (at least 2 implementations) Background in -agile- software development methodology highly preferred Working knowledge of CRM database management, specifically Salesforce Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Visio Notes 1/23: This role is hybrid onsite in Waukegan IL (3 days onsite).
Candidates must be local and able to work onsite. Required: Must have Salesforce experience (open to Salesforce Admins and/or Salesforce Developers with no BA experience). Must have experience with either Service Cloud or Sales Cloud in Salesforce (handling case management, managing tickets, escalations, etc.). Bachelors degree is required. Preferred: Previous AbbVie experience is a huge preference.HM will rank these candidates above others. Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience is very nice to have, not required. Salesforce implementation experience is very nice to have, not required. Experience working with HR or HR related projects is nice to have, not required.
Salesforce certifications are a bonus, not required (Salesforce Admin certs more important than Salesforce Dev certs). Project: This BA will work within Salesforce to resolve issues with HR and their case management system. Their Cloud supports HR (employee issues with benefits, payroll, etc.). The HR Portal is a Connect Me design and acts as an HR ticketing system for employees.
Likely to extend based on performance. This role is a backfill for someone rolling off the team. Key points of this persons background: strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and upbeat personality.
