Responsibilities- Must have 2 years experience in a metal manufacturing setting
- Lead and supervise production teams, including operators, supervisors, and other staff.
- ISO9001 or AS9001 certification
- Ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to monitor and inspect production processes, identifying defects or inconsistencies.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to improve skills and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, conduct regular meetings, and resolve any personnel issues.
