Certified Medical Assistant - Special Needs
Responsibilities:
Certified Medical Assistant works with the nursing staff independently to deliver routine nursing care and assessment of the pediatric patient.- Coordinates and organizes pertinent patient information.
- Communicates and interacts with patient, families, staff and physicians and administration.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements- High School Diploma
- OR - GED - OR
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program
Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required upon hire or within 1 month with onsite training and certification.
- Relevant Experience
- Computer Skills to include use and navigation
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Teamwork Skills
- Multitasking
- Two (2) or three (3) years of experience working in a medical office
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
