Certified Medical Assistant - Special Needs

Responsibilities:

Certified Medical Assistant works with the nursing staff independently to deliver routine nursing care and assessment of the pediatric patient.
  • Coordinates and organizes pertinent patient information.
  • Communicates and interacts with patient, families, staff and physicians and administration.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • OR - GED - OR
  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program

Certification:

  • Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required upon hire or within 1 month with onsite training and certification.
