Inventory Clerk

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk based in Boca Raton, Florida. The job function primarily involves handling small parts inventory and utilizing our internal software system.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and maintain inventory records using both manual and online systems.
• Efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Handle clerical duties such as typing at a speed of 30 words per minute and proficiently using Excel.
• Answer inbound calls and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in all inventory-related tasks.
• Effectively use ADP
• Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, ERP
• Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions.
• Utilize About Time software for efficient time management.
• Prepare charts and graphs for inventory management and reporting
• Proficiency in About Time software
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Experience in Auditing
• Ability to create Charts - Graphs
• Experience in performing Clerical Duties
