Controller

We are a rapidly growing healthcare company committed to delivering high-quality care services. We're actively seeking for an experienced and professional Controller to lead our team.

Position Overview: The Controller will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results and coordinate the preparations of the annual budget and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
• Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date.
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
• Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department.
• Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments.
• Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins.
• Participate in budgeting processes.
• Manage tax payments.
• Organize internal audits.
• Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.
• Comply with all financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) status preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is required.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
