LineSlip Solutions is currently recruiting Sales Development Representative(s) to join our growth team. LineSlip has created a unique data visualization platform, purpose-built for the commercial insurance industry, that uses Natural Language Processing to automatically extract and organize data previously locked in binders, policies, proposals, and other insurance documents.

With LineSlip Solutions users can easily visualize data, automate reporting, and make smarter, more informed business decisions that affect the bottom line. This is a fully (and permanently) remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.

Role Description

At LineSlip Solutions we know that our unique product and customer centric approach makes us truly different. As a result, we are looking for dedicated, well-spoken individuals who are passionate about tech and getting people excited about our cool product.
We are looking for outbound evangelists who like working in a team-based sales environment. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads and building new relationships.

You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and possess the ability to create product excitement in a compelling way. Every potential customer you can help uncover is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Represent our company and its products and services in a professional manner
  • Generate product demonstrations by authentically (and in a low-pressure fashion) exploring and sharing the value we deliver to like-minded companies and stakeholders
  • Conduct preliminary discovery to understand where LineSlip can deliver value
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects you are seeking to schedule for personalized demonstrations
  • Collaborate with sales executives to drive next steps Identify best practices to help refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Set up demonstrations between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly product demonstration goals
  • Utilize Hubspot to drive and manage formulaic outreach cadences (introduction calling, email and social to generate product awareness demonstrations)
  • Report on (in Hubspot) weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Position Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous sales development (or sales) experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email and social media
  • Inherent desire to succeed
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong desire to succeed and ability to move up within a sales organization
Useful Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge of the Commercial Insurance industry
  • Experience and proficiency with HubSpot CRM
