Revenue Cycle Analyst

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be handling a variety of tasks centered around revenue cycle management, including accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounts receivable and cash management processes
- Handle complex Excel reconciliations, utilizing pivot tables for efficient data management
- Contribute to the month-end close process and general ledger management
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and work towards resolution
- Break down cash transactions for accurate record-keeping
- Utilize billing and invoice reporting systems effectively
- Provide client services analyst support for program billings
- Operate and manage multiple accounting software systems
- Perform analytical tasks related to annual revenue, deferred revenue, and company revenue recognition
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations, including bank account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Demonstrated expertise in Auditing
- Familiarity with Billing Functions
- Ability to perform Account Reconciliation
- Proficiency in Bank Account Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Pivot Table
- Understanding of General Accounting principles
- Experience with Annual Revenue, Deferred Revenue, and Company Revenue Recognition
- Ability to Analyze Revenues
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
