We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Bay Area, CA working with a leading FinTech client to develop innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing, along with a passion for advocating and promoting new products within the organization.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in introducing and positioning new products to both internal teams and the wider organization.

Responsibilities:

Product Advocacy & Communication: -

Act as the internal champion for AI-driven products, ensuring key stakeholders understand product value, features, and positioning.

Develop engaging product collateral (e.g., presentations, internal blogs) to communicate technical features in a relatable manner.

Internal Promotion: -

Lead internal marketing campaigns to create excitement and drive adoption of AI products within the organization.

Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams with resources to confidently present and utilize AI solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: -

Partner with AI Engineers, Tech Leads, and Architects to translate technical capabilities into business benefits for internal teams.

Work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, go-to-market strategies, and feedback loops.

Analytics & Insights: -

Leverage data analytics tools to monitor product adoption, engagement, and performance, presenting actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging AI technologies to refine marketing strategies.

Content Creation & Tools: -

Develop comprehensive training materials and internal communications to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical teams.

Use tools like Slack and JIRA to gather feedback and facilitate iterative improvements in AI product messaging and adoption.

Requirements:

Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
AI and Analytics Tools: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other generative AI platforms to streamline workflows and analyze marketing data effectively.
Marketing Tools: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp).
Productivity & Collaboration Tools: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Good-to-have: -
Content Management Systems: Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or SharePoint.
Startup Tools: Exposure to agile tools like JIRA or Confluence, especially in dynamic work environments.
Competitor Analysis Platforms: Experience with SEMrush, Google Analytics, or similar for tracking market trends and competitive analysis.
