Job Summary:
The Service Center Associate supports local Tradesmen offices by handling certain administrative functions and front desk duties. This role is integral to the company’s relationships with clients, craft professionals, and internal employees. You will provide solutions including handling incoming calls, payroll and invoicing processes, client profile management, customer service, and other initiatives.

Additionally, you will manage front desk responsibilities such as mail sorting, visitor greeting, and package handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Center Duties:

  • Employee Support: Develop relationships and assist employees with questions, profile and paperwork updates, and creating world-class employee experience.
  • Client Support: Ensure positive client experience through high-quality service and communication. Ensure accurate and complete record keeping of client profiles, including necessary documentation, paperwork, and certifications.
  • Field Office Support: Create a positive client experience for our offices, drive communication through updates, reporting, and check-ins on results.

Front Desk Duties:

  • Mail Handling: Run mail through the postage machine, sort and distribute mail and packages, check faxes, and manage mail distribution.
  • Visitor Greeting: Screen and greet visitors, notify employees of visitors, and manage visitor sign-ins.
  • Package Signing: Sign for and distribute packages from FedEx, UPS, and other delivery services.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Manage supply room key, assist departments with various requests, and handle additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior administrative assistant, receptionist, and/or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional work ethic, personal drive, and passion for a fast-paced, variable work environment.
  • Good computer skills, with experience in standard office programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Passion for creating exceptional client and employee experiences.
  • Ability to meet departmental KPI’s and objectives.
