Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and innovative Grocery App Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a state-of-the-art grocery shopping app that offers users a seamless and intuitive experience.
You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver a high-quality app that meets the evolving needs of customers in the online grocery industry.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a scalable, responsive, and user-friendly grocery app for both Android and iOS platforms.
Collaborate with the product team to define app features and ensure alignment with business goals.Implement features like product search, inventory management, order tracking, payment processing, and delivery scheduling.
Integrate third-party APIs for payment gateways, mapping services, and push notifications.
Ensure the app provides a smooth user experience, with a focus on performance optimization and low latency.
Implement secure and efficient authentication, user management, and data storage solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the app is reliable and bug-free.
Monitor app performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the app.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the app remains competitive.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing mobile applications, particularly in the e-commerce or grocery delivery space.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a plus.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, backend development, and database management (MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for app hosting and scalability.
Expertise in integrating third-party APIs such as payment gateways, map services, and notifications.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles to create an intuitive shopping experience.
Knowledge of data security best practices, especially in handling sensitive customer information.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML for personalized recommendations and search optimization.
