Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing day-to-day operations of the office
  • Handling customer service tasks including responding to inquiries and resolving issues

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Proficiency in data entry and email correspondence
  • Experience in managing schedules, appointments, and coordinating events
  • Familiarity with receptionist duties
  • Strong capability in calendar management and scheduling meetings
  • Experience in recording and preparing minutes of meetings
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
