Our local client has an immediate opening on their team for a Property

Accountant.

Responsibilities of the
Property
Accountant
will include:-
Responsible for the financial management of multiple properties within a portfolio-
Provide expertise and guidance to management and operations to ensure overall financial goals and objectives are properly met-
Make financial decisions to ensure and preserve adequate cash flow -
Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer-
Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements-
Generate reports and data necessary to successfully manage property operations-
Provide guidance to Accounts Payable staff and Accounting Intern as needed -

Oversee audit processes and scheduling for assigned properties-

Other duties as assigned
