We have multiple shifts available in a variety of departments in supporting the day-to-day operations of cannabis cultivation, post-harvest processing, curing, & packaging. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the cannabis industry and is committed to helping produce high-quality cannabis products while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

- This position is located in Franklin, NJ
*The NJ approval process takes about 2-4 weeks, please note that this is not an immediate position*
Cultivation:
- Assist in the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, trellising, and defoliation.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues related to pests, diseases, or deficiencies to the Cultivation Manager.
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Post-Harvest:
- Assist with the harvesting of cannabis plants, including cutting, de-fanning, and transporting plants to the drying area.
- Monitor and manage the drying and curing process to ensure optimal product quality, including maintaining appropriate temperature and humidity levels.
- Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00am-4:30pm
Cure:
- Monitor the curing process by regularly inspecting and burping cannabis batches to control moisture levels.
- Ensure that all cannabis inventory is properly accounted for & logged accurately.
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Packaging:
- Assist in the final packaging of cannabis products, including weighing, sealing, labeling, and preparing products for distribution.
- Perform quality control checks on products during the packaging process to ensure no contaminants or product degradation.
- 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm
- 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:30am
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid & up-to-date Drivers License
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must be able & willing to pay the $70 State Credentialing Fee up-front
- Strong attention to detail & the ability to work efficiently in a repetitive task environment.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods & perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, & moving plants (up to 50 pounds).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions & work well as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain records and logs accurately and consistently.
