Responsibilities:

• Oversee all fund accounting tasks, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, capital call statements, and distribution calculations.
• Ensure timely, precise financial reporting to stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.
• Manage daily accounting functions across multiple funds, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
• Work with external auditors and tax advisors to maintain regulatory compliance and complete audits and tax filings efficiently.
• Strengthen and refine internal controls and accounting processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, particularly fund accounting.
• Background in tax, audit, specifically in venture capital.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build collaborative relationships.
