We are in search of an Office Assistant to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with a range of clerical duties, including processing customer applications and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process customer applications
- Keep up-to-date customer records
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
- Perform clerical tasks as required
- Manage both paper filing and electronic document management systems.
- Proficiency in performing clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Demonstrable experience in paper filing, ensuring documents are properly organized for easy retrieval
- Familiarity with electronic document management, including scanning, storing, and retrieving digital files
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
