Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer applications
  • Keep up-to-date customer records
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
  • Perform clerical tasks as required
  • Manage both paper filing and electronic document management systems.
  • Proficiency in performing clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Demonstrable experience in paper filing, ensuring documents are properly organized for easy retrieval
  • Familiarity with electronic document management, including scanning, storing, and retrieving digital files
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
