Client is looking for a candidate who must be customer service oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to multi-task when required. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are a mandatory requirement.
As a Senior Cram Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the technical workstreams and functional team in order to assess current challenges and identify opportunities of business process improvement via system design and modernization efforts.The Analyst will be required to evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement and optimization. The role will require prior experience of working with Medicaid, SNAP/TANF and other Social Services programs. Prior experience working with the Cram software product or other COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) products is highly preferable.
The resource will become an integral part of the Team, making every problem associated to the platform a problem of their own and will demonstrate the required initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary to resolve all problems and challenges accordingly.
Must have experience using Cram Global Income Support and HealthCare Reform Business Application Suite
Must have experience in Data Analysis and data presentation
Experience in planning and leading JAD sessions and creatingfunctional design documents

Responsibilities
Provide status reporting, quality assurance monitoring andensure adherence to procedures
The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between project teams,and vendors ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project goals andrequirements.
Review the Triage defect that gets raised from the Productionenvironment, prioritize, and groom the backlog
Review and validate deliverables submitted by the vendors
Data analysis and create the metrics for all the CSL ticketsraised by the end customers
Quality Control of all the technical workstreams
Define and maintain the end-to-end process for functional Batchexecutions
Documentation and Governance by maintaining comprehensivedocumentation for project transparency, compliance, and knowledge management.

Prepare technical team presentations
As a Business Analyst you will provide system analysis,development, and production support
The Cram Business Analyst will design functional approaches to customize functionality using the Cram Business Application Suite
The Business Analyst is also a lead team member in the planning and execution of testing, training, support of user testing and customer support post implementation
Lead requirement gathering sessions, according to agree upon project scope for various areas of the application
Participate in/lead systems analysis and gap analysis
Produce client-approved deliverables required in standard project development including functional requirements, training content, job aids, use cases, requirements traceability matrix, test cases and plans
Support team members through the development and testing of your functional designs

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience

Experience in Information Tech Project management and analytical skills on a mid-large scale IT project with a particular focus on the Change Mgmt.
Experience designing job aids and training scripts for both external and internal audiences
Experience in Business Process Design and analytical skills

Training lead role, working as the liaison between stakeholders in the design & development of computer system and policy training presentation materialExp. developing, maintaining and administering online learning, stand-up training and knowledge transfer through other methods
Exp. producing and editing written documentation where appropriate for online learning, stand-up training and knowledge transfer
Experience operating in a Health Care related IT System
Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira and SharePoint
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) and time-management ability
Experience working on an IT project or a COTS package implementation
