Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are currently in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities: Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and on time. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices. Reconcile accounts receivable records and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all account transactions.
Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues professionally and efficiently. Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare reports as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. 3+ years of proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
