Pay rate: $18 - $20/hr. (Based on experience)

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Accounting Clerk responsibilities:
Process and analyze accounts payable invoices and perform financial transactions, including verifying and recording data. Ensure compliance by maintaining Subcontractor Agreements and organizing invoices using alphabetical and numerical systems.

Process invoices through customer portals, prepare and file city sales tax and use tax returns, and handle vendor payments via credit card or online portals. Manage data entry for accounts payable/receivable, obtain business licenses for branches, and maintain confidentiality in all tasks, with additional duties as needed.

This is an entry level position with Microsoft and experience in clerical roles preferred. Other requirements include high school diploma, basic bookkeeping knowledge, strong time management, and attention to detail.
