Restaurant Beverage Director - Hiring NOW

Our client is a local restaurant group in the Los Angeles, CA market with different concepts and strong continued growth. We are looking for a Beverage Director who will take their already established bar menu to the next level! You will be in control and help our food and beverage program.
Salary is 95-105 BOE with benefits, PTO, and growth!
Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Staffing, training, and supervision of our beverage program
- Continued success of our role-outs and creation on seasonal menus
- Educating the staff and team members of our beverage program
- Ordering and ensuring a good COGS percentage
- Controlling waste and spillage costs
Beverage Director Experience:
- 2-3 years in a director or high-volume bar manager role
- Restaurant growth and knowledge of multiple functions
- Manager experience 3-5 years with solid progression
- Prefer full-service experience
