We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Mettawa, Illinois. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the finance industry. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be playing a crucial role in managing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate records, along with assisting in various accounting and billing functions.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
Thoroughly manage and maintain customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to billing and accounts receivable
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Assist in various accounting functions as part of the finance team
Support the team with accounts receivable and billing functions
Utilize financial software for efficient and accurate record keeping
Apply strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Pay keen attention to detail in all areas of work
Proficiency in Accounting Functions
Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Knowledge of Billing Functions
Familiarity with Accounts Receivables Systems

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.
