Pharmacist - Emergency Department Pharmacy Specialist
Description:We are looking for a skilled Pharmacist with emergency department experience to join our pharmacy team. A minimum of 1 year of ED experience and a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy are required. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is preferred. The pharmacist will ensure accurate medication dispensing, provide drug therapy management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory. This position requires a 12-hour night shift, working 7 consecutive days followed by 7 days off, with every other weekend on-call.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of ED pharmacy experience
- NC pharmacy license required
- PharmD preferred
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to manage high-stress, fast-paced situations
Total pay: $122,000 - $142,000 per year
