Area Maintenance Manager

The Area Maintenance Manager will supervise a team of facilities associates and ensure a safe working environment for all.

Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to accomplish site goals
Ensure that safety is always the #1 priority
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and positive working relationships with operations
Suitable candidates must have the ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance personal performance, provide associates with written performance appraisals including achievements and opportunities for improvement- 2+ years of team leadership experience
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- 5+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience
Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics
