Job Summary
This position requires the candidate to design, develop and deploy plans, tools and metrics that integrate security components to protect clients information systems. It also requires the candidate to work with client both onsite and offsite.
Candidate shall be responsible for monitoring and maintaining clients information systems to provide network security, smooth communications, and safe information access.
Candidate is required to collaborate with clients cross functional teams to identify clients security vulnerabilities, and to design effective solutions that address these issues.
Job Duties
Develop and implement customized computer automation programs, tools and scripts for security hardening, deployment of security controls, and analysis of log data.Develop and implement software tools to assist in detection, prevention, and analysis of system vulnerabilities and security threats. Conduct vulnerability assessments or analysis on customers information security systems.
Conduct security control selection, implementation, and best practices for customers. Lead or participate organization-wide risk analysis to guide risk decision-making for customers.
Deploy and maintain security hardware and software, such as firewalls, endpoint detection and response solution, data backup, and encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.
Continuously monitor networks or systems for security breaches and intrusions. Conduct investigations of incidents to identify vulnerabilities and evaluate the damage.
Develop and implement contingency plans for the customers. Conduct appropriate activities to restore any capabilities or services that were impaired due to security incidents.
Develop and deploy business continuity plans the customers. Execute the business continuity plan when incidents happen.
Continuously report to the management board and customers IT teams with regard summary of monitoring, result of incident investigation.
Conduct continuous information security awareness training to clients and monitor the use of information security standards, policies, and best practices.
Job Requirements
A bachelors degree in information security, Software Development Engineering, or a closely related field is required and a masters degree in the same fields is strongly preferred.2 years of work experience in Information Security Engineering or Software Development Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
Ability to carry out analysis and verification of computer software system security and execute effective solutions.
Solid understanding of computer science concepts and computer and network systems.
Proficiency in virtualization technology.
Experience in system development lifecycle management.
Hands-on programming experience using relevant languages with strong coding skills, Python or Java are preferred.
