Job Title: Healthcare Services Coordinator

Duties:

  • Work closely with providers to manage and execute patient care plans.
  • Coordinate specialty referrals, follow-up appointments, and pre-certifications with insurance carriers.
  • Maintain and update care dashboards, ensuring timely follow-through on alerts and reminders.
  • Address billing discrepancies and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Support front-office operations and provide assistance during peak times.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field.

Education:

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certification in medical terminology is desirable.

Pay Range:

  • Weekly: $1,300 - $1,550
