Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Educate customers on product options
- Deliver excellent customer service
- HVAC Maintenance Technician
- Perform routine system maintenance
- Build client relationships
- Educate clients on maintenance needs
- HVAC Install Helpers
- Assist with HVAC unit installations
- Manage tools and supplies
- Maintain clean job sites
- HVAC Residential Lead Installer
- Install and replace HVAC equipment
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Mentor apprentices and entry-level staff
- Duct Cleaning Maintenance
- Perform air duct cleaning
- Prepare and clean job sites
- Move and replace registers and returns
Qualifications:
- HVAC Residential Service Technician
- - Experience: 1+ year in HVAC maintenance/service
- Certifications: Type I & II EPA Certification
- Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- HVAC Maintenance Technician
- Skills: Outstanding service and communication skills
- No Experience Required: We provide training
- HVAC Install Helpers
- Skills: Efficient communication and organizational skills
- HVAC Residential Lead Installer
- Skills: Knowledge of company pricing, customer service, and mentoring
- Duct Cleaning Maintenance
- Skills: Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with equipment setup/cleanup
