HR Recruiter

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the bustling heart of WADSWORTH, Ohio. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the HR industry, focusing on full cycle recruiting for hourly positions. Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the entire recruiting process for hourly positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
• Utilize Applicant Track System for managing and organizing candidate data
• Conduct thorough Background Checks for potential hires to ensure compliance and safety in the workplace
• Exhibit excellent Communication skills when interacting with candidates, employees, and management
• Oversee and manage New Hire Orientations, providing new employees with the necessary information and welcoming them to the team
• Coordinate and execute effective Onboarding processes for new hires
• Continuously develop and improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Monitor and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all recruiting activities
• Act as a point of contact for any inquiries related to recruitment and hiring processes
• Collaborate with the HR team and management on various HR initiatives and projects. • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes
• Experience with conducting Background Checks to ensure the selection of suitable candidates
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with potential candidates and team members
• Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Familiarity with New Hire Orientations and ability to smoothly integrate new employees into the company culture
• Expertise in Onboarding processes and strategies to ensure successful employee transition into their new roles
