SR. Technical Writer

We are offering an opportunity for a Senior Technical Writer in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves creating and maintaining technical documentation, developing user assistance guides, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Create and maintain a variety of technical documents including user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of technical content.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and tutorials to assist end-users in understanding and effectively using our products and services.
• Work with UI/UX designers to create in-app guidance and tooltips.
• Produce comprehensive and developer-friendly API documentation in collaboration with software engineers.
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product features.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and tools for technical writing and implement improvements in documentation processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide training and support to entry level technical writers as needed and assist in resolving documentation-related queries from internal teams and customers.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SDK development and incorporate new technologies and practices into SDK design and development. • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe RoboHelp
• Knowledge of AB Testing, Agile Scrum, AP Style, Auditing
• Familiarity with Computer Hardware, Markdown, Git Version Control, Version Control, Version Control Systems, Version Control Tools
• Experience with Android SDK, AWS SDK, iOS SDK, Mobile SDK, SDK, SDK - Software Development Kit, SDK Development
• Exceptional skills in Documentation, Technical Design Documents, Technical Documentation
• Ability to create User Guides, End User Training, User Manuals, Release Notes
• Proven record of translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent detail oriented experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
