We are offering an opportunity for a Senior Technical Writer in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves creating and maintaining technical documentation, developing user assistance guides, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:- Create and maintain a variety of technical documents including user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, and release notes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of technical content.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and tutorials to assist end-users in understanding and effectively using our products and services.
- Work with UI/UX designers to create in-app guidance and tooltips.
- Produce comprehensive and developer-friendly API documentation in collaboration with software engineers.
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product features.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and tools for technical writing and implement improvements in documentation processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide training and support to entry level technical writers as needed and assist in resolving documentation-related queries from internal teams and customers.
