Position:

The Program Coordinator will oversee and handle all duties and responsibilities related to the following programs: Respite, Habilitation, Attendant Care. and Homemaking.

Definition:

BP Warriors Therapy is seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to oversee our in-home programs, including respite, attendant care, habilitation, and homemaking services. This role is full-time and based in our office. The Program Coordinator will manage the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing support of providers while ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery for clients.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the in-home programs, including respite, attendant care, habilitation, and homemaking services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all required state and federal regulations., including DDD policies and regulations.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new providers.
  • Coordinate required trainings and certifications for providers to maintain compliance.
  • Use Focus for collecting client information, inputting provider information, contacting support coordinators, etc.
  • Use Spoke Choice to keep up on provider statuses, schedules, program data, etc.
  • Address questions and concerns from clients and providers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between providers, clients, and the organization to ensure effective communication.
  • Handle any issues or conflicts that arise with professionalism and care.

Compensation/Perks:

  • $19-$30/hour

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Computer/filing skills
  • Familiarity with in-home care programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and management software or easily able to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and providers.
  • Quick and creative thinker.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and carry out program objectives.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must pass a criminal history check and obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
