Financial Analyst

You will also be involved in various financial system initiatives and will provide support to the Finance Director and Senior Business Manager.

• Conduct daily sales revenue reporting to ensure accuracy
• Assist in the monthly revenue and expense reporting and engage with various departments for budget management
• Evaluate key revenue drivers and their impact on the budget
• Provide support in the preparation of month-end reporting and presentations of results to senior management
• Collaborate in Quality Assurance testing and implementation on Netsuite and business intelligence system initiatives
• Contribute to the creation of the annual budget and forecast
• Generate licensing forecasts for brand partners
• Support the Finance Director and Senior Business Manager with ad hoc projects
• Use accounting software systems and CRM tools to manage and process customer credit applications
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and resolve customer inquiries
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on data mining techniques and capital management strategies. • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must.
• Experience with CRM and Crystal Reports is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is essential.
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently.
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is needed.
• Prior experience in Auditing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required.
• Experience in Capital Management is highly valued.
