The Plumbing Comfort Advisor will be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing tailored plumbing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves conducting in-home consultations, presenting service options, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver a great client experience by educating them in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
- Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
- Meet with potential customers to conduct consultations.
- Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
- Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
- Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the plumbing or home services industry.
- B2C Sales Experience
- Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems
Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
Pay Transparency:
The annual salary/hourly pay opportunity for this role ranges from$100k-$225k. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
