The successful candidate will also be expected to identify industry trends and opportunities, and provide guidance and counsel to staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage software development timelines with vendors and ensure they adhere to delivery date commitments and agreed terms.
• Align IT/operational processes with business needs for optimal productivity and process improvements.
• Ensure cost-effective services and performance metrics are met by all terminal operating system supporting vendor groups.
• Develop and direct projects within approved fiscal budget limits.
• Set priorities, evaluate engagement, initiate projects, and issue directives regarding innovation.
• Develop strategies for project prioritization, business alignment, and execution of terminal and customer solution projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business and Market Intelligence to map out competition matrices for technology.
• Provide guidance and counsel to staff in the examination and definition of objectives for existing or proposed customer systems, and in the design of system improvements.
• Lead discussions on technologies and innovation materials (benchmarking, technology reviews).
• Use skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Auditing, Computer Hardware, Contracts, Deployments, Design, IT security management, Infrastructure Architecture to perform tasks efficiently. • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cisco Technologies.
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required.
• Must have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience with Database management and operations is essential.
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is a must.
• Prior experience in IT auditing is required.
• Must have a background in Computer Hardware.
• Experience in managing Contracts is required.
• Proven track record of successful Deployments.
• Demonstrated skills in Design and implementation of technology solutions.
• Must have experience in IT security management.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure Architecture is essential.
