Overview:
Country Club of Asheville is seeking an Assistant Tennis and Pickleball Professional to join our team. This position is hands on, member facing, and responsible for assisting the Director of Tennis and Pickleball with all program offerings, activities, events, lessons, clinics, etc.
This position is commission eligible based on lessons and clinics taught.

- Assisting with lessons, clinic and camp offerings
- Assisting with socials, events and tournaments
- Assisting with daily court maintenance as needed
- Having dedicated shop hours, booking courts, replying to emails and answering calls
- Racquet stringing
- Promoting the program
- Provides quality service to all members and guests
- Attends staff meetings as appropriate
- Attends company training/seminar events as appropriate
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 year coaching experience
- USPTA or PTR certification or willing to become certified.
- Collegiate or high level completive experience.
Salary Range: USD $10.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr.
