Responsibilities:

1. Assist the CFO/Controller in managing financial operations of the company.
2. Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements.
3. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
4. Assist in managing cash flow and forecasting.
5. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
6. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
7. Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting.
8. Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.
9. Ensure all tax related requirements are met in accordance with company policy.
10. Assist with financial and tax audits.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Solid knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
4. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
5. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
6. Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt in evolving work environment
8. High attention to detail and accuracy.
