The database/platform will be used for quality measurement, population health monitoring, value-based purchasing, research, and consumer information. Day-to-day tasks of the job include:-Work with program staff and business analysts to plan, design, and develop computer software applications.-Coordinate with vendors, data analysts, and contractors on gap analysis and logical design.-Work with business analysts and developers to perform data extraction and transformation tasks.-Work with technical manager to ensure the team implements the correct software solution and the solution will meet the needs of the program.-Work with program team to analyze data, reporting requirements, business / workflow processes, data flows, and system interfaces.-Work well in a matrixed team structure, often facilitating multi-disciplinary teams, translating business/program subject matter information into project artifacts.-Prepare and execute a knowledge transfer.-Follow department level, and division level directives, best practices, standards, and methodologies, as appropriate or requested.
