We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the automotive industry for a Controller based in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including processing financial data, maintaining financial systems, and handling audits.

• Accurately process and manage accounting functions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Conduct financial audits in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in budget processes and financial planning.
• Manage month-end close procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Work with various accounting software systems such as Workday, Sage Intacct, and others.
• Use CRM and Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting.
• Handle consolidations accurately using various software systems like Workday, Sage, SAP, AS 400.
• Utilize 3M and ADP - Financial Services for specific financial tasks.
• Ensure the transition, year-end close, and audit processes are smooth and efficient. • Comprehensive knowledge of the Automotive industry
• Proficiency in using 3M
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Competence in using CRM
• Ability to generate Crystal Reports
• Profound understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Auditing
• Knowledge of Budget Processes
• Experience in Month End Close
• Familiarity with Consolidations
• Proficiency in using Workday
• Experience with Sage Intacct
