Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator
Onsite Location: Irvine, CA 92618
US Citizenship
W2 Hourly Contract $30.15 per hour with limited benefits
Due to the nature of work performed in the facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Required experience includes:High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred.
Experienced with Cable Assembly, Mechanical Assembly down to 0-80 Size Hardware, Fiber Optic Cable Handling, PCB Handling and Special Material (RF Absorber and Thermal Pad) cutting and placement.
Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking
Distinct communication and computer skills
Solid knowledge of Statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC) applications
Putting quality over quantity, the Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.
