Randstad is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Plant Administrator to support the daily operations of our client's facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between plant management, staff, and external partners.

salary: $40,000 - $42,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to plant management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between plant management, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize important documents, such as production reports, safety records, and compliance documentation.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for plant operations, including staff shifts and maintenance activities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, managing personnel records, and coordinating training programs.
  • Inventory Management: Help track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage procurement processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Budget Assistance: Support budget management by monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the plant adheres to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; assist in audits and inspections.
  • Problem-Solving: Address administrative issues that arise, finding solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on plant performance, productivity metrics, and other key indicators to management.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects within the plant, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
