Job Description- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all projects adhere to drawings and specifications.
- Execute and track material orders efficiently.
- Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to drive project progress.
- Organize and manage field documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Participate in company-led training programs.
- Ensure site superintendents uphold clean and safe work environments.

The Successful Applicant- A minimum of 4 years of construction experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M or more.
- Strong motivation to lead and learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A base salary up to $90K, depending on experience.
