Dispatch Manager
As the Dispatch Manager, you will ensure efficient and timely coordination of our client's dispatch team, optimize routing, and maintain high levels of customer service. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in dispatch management, logistics, or fleet coordination
- Understanding of dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of transportation safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations and manage a team of dispatchers
- Develop efficient routing schedules for timely and cost-effective delivery or service
- Coordinate with drivers, technicians, or service teams to ensure prompt arrival and job completion
- Monitor real-time activities and respond to any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and service reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Liaise with customers to communicate estimated arrival times, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Analyze dispatch data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Train, mentor, and evaluate dispatch team members to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, logistics, and customer service, to enhance service quality
