Accounting Clerk – Data Entry & Reconciliations
A growing company in the Tri-Valley area is hiring an Accounting Clerk to support financial record-keeping, reconciliations, and data entry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and maintaining accurate financial records.
Pay Range: $23 - $28 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Enter invoices, expenses, and payments into the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger balances.
- Assist with credit card and expense report reconciliations.
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist with general administrative accounting tasks as needed.
- Some experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
