Account Manager Assistant

The position includes assisting with the account management for customers, and supporting insurance account managers with daily operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong attention to detail, and a very polished and professional customer service presence.
The candidate is expected to maintain a working knowledge of our offerings as well as client details, manage incoming service requests and triage customer needs as necessary. The position requires continuous learning, and future advancement is not only available, but encouraged.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word including Excel is required. A property/casualty insurance license is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the servicing of a book of business using knowledge of our property and casualty insurance offerings.
  • Analyze policy renewals in accordance with client information, individual needs and prevailing market conditions
  • Communicate and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure policy changes are quickly communicated.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options and prepare customer quotes for new and renewal business
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
  • Candidate MUST HAVE habitational insurance experience*
salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School
