Responsibilities- Supervise and guide a team (warehouse, parts, quality, inventory) offering direction, training, and performance assessments
- Create and execute strategies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and lower expenses
- Oversee operational performance and introduce enhancements to meet key performance indicators
- Assist in management reporting, information distribution, and organizational planning while creating and overseeing a structured quality control process
- Track metrics and performance for staff
- Manage the coordination of inventory equipment logistics for events
- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of support services
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Manage discrepancies and returns
- Lead continued growth of the parts & warehouse departments, including physical department layout and organization
