Robert Half is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join one of our top clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. If you have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of user experience principles, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-quality user interfaces that are visually appealing and enhance the overall user experience
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive UI designs
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design solutions to communicate design ideas effectively
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
  • Maintain design consistency across projects by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work, including web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies
  • Experience with responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts to effectively collaborate with developers
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
  • Understanding of motion design or micro-interactions is a plus
  • Background in user research, usability testing, or data-driven design
