Outside Sales
As an In-Person SDR, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with restaurant owners, gathering key insights about their businesses, and initiating the partnership process.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-Person Visits (60%)
- Conduct on-site visits to prospective restaurant partners within your assigned territory.
- Initiate conversations and build relationships with restaurant owners, gathering valuable insights.
- Understand the restaurant’s ownership structure, operations, and current third-party delivery usage.
- Identify objections or concerns preventing restaurants from partnering and document actionable findings.
- Travel 60-80 miles and stay overnight as needed for visits.
- Meeting Setup (20%)
- Engage with restaurant owners to schedule follow-up meetings with account representatives.
- Build excitement about the value proposition and generate interest in partnership opportunities.
- Information Gathering and Reporting (10%)
- Collect detailed business information such as ownership structure, delivery needs, and existing partnerships with competitors.
- Log all findings into the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring actionable insights that drive future sales strategy.
- Follow-Up and Administrative Work (10%)
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments and nurture leads generated through in-person visits.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share insights, align strategies, and refine outreach efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Comfort with conducting in-person visits and working independently.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and managing business data.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to gather key business insights to help drive sales strategies.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
