Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and document all activities related to departmental projects and privacy incidents within the Global Privacy and Data Strategy department. This role will be critical in ensuring accurate communication and documentation of project details, tracking key decisions, and managing work plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed records of all project activities, privacy incidents, and related decisions, ensuring documentation is accurate and current.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, leads, and stakeholders to keep all parties informed of developments and decisions.
• Organize and document meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and summarizing discussions and action items.
• Develop and update work plans for projects and incident management, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and support the timely completion of initiatives.
