Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Reverse engineer products and components.
  • Support document control and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams.
  • Improve manufacturing processes with Lean methods.
  • Resolve product issues and customer complaints.
  • Validate processes using ISO practices.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage projects related to new equipment and engineering tasks.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years CAD experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment; internships considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and document control systems; CAD software knowledge preferred.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification highly desirable.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Flexibility for overtime as needed.
  • Ability to handle, label, and monitor Hazardous and Universal Waste, with applicable training provided.
