Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Reverse engineer products and components.
- Support document control and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams.
- Improve manufacturing processes with Lean methods.
- Resolve product issues and customer complaints.
- Validate processes using ISO practices.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Manage projects related to new equipment and engineering tasks.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years CAD experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment; internships considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and document control systems; CAD software knowledge preferred.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification highly desirable.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Ability to handle, label, and monitor Hazardous and Universal Waste, with applicable training provided.
