Production/Test Technician
A Production/Test Technician is needed for a technology company that designs and manufactures connectors and sensors for several industries, such as automotive, industrial equipment, data communication systems, and more, in the Middletown, PA area.
The position involves conducting electrical testing and characterization of high-speed products, managing signal integrity testing projects, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams in a high-speed electrical test lab.

responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical testing and characterization of high-speed company products.
- Independently manage signal integrity testing projects.
- Follow processes, procedures, and equipment usage in a high-speed electrical test lab.
- Regularly interface with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to support daily operations.
Skills:
- Basic electrical principles related to signal integrity testing.
- Connectors and cable assemblies.
- Printed circuit boards (design, fabrication, and/or assembly).
- Network Analyzer (VNA).
- Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR).
- Oscilloscopes and Equalization techniques.
- Pattern Generator / Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT).
- Keysight ADS, PLTS, Xpeedic, MATLAB, and/or LabView.
- MS Office Tools (e.g., Excel and Outlook).
Education and Experience:
- High School or GED Diploma required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in a related testing environment required.
