We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will be working in the financial services industry, with a focus on managing inventory records, utilizing various software and tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage and update inventory records using various platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory data accuracy.
- Use ERP Solutions for effective inventory management and control.
- Perform clerical duties related to inventory management, including data entry and document management.
- Utilize Excel for creating charts and graphs for inventory tracking and analysis.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing queries and concerns related to inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better workflow.
- Familiarity with Cerner Technologies and Epic Software will be utilized for specific inventory tasks.
- Use 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management.
- Perform tasks in compliance with ADP
- Financial Services guidelines.
- Proficiency in ADP
